  • Where Do We Ship To?

We will ship your order anywhere throughout the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please email us for international orders prior to placing your order so we can give you a shipping cost.

  • How Do We Ship?

All Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS & Fedex Ground. Tracking information will always be available for shipped orders. If you need a tracking number for your order, please contact us.

All International orders will be shipped via USPS Int’l Priority Mail and shipping charge is $32.50.   USPS Int’l Priority has been the most reliable and is able to clear customs and reach its destination in a decent time.

  • How Long Until My Order Ships?

All Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • What Happens If My Package Arrives Damaged?

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP. Simply take digital photos of the damaged package/goods as soon as it arrives, contact us so we are aware of the damaged item, and forward us the images of the damaged package and goods. Once it is determined that the item is damaged, we will immediately ship a new package/order to you free of charge.

All products have a 30-Day, money back guarantee starting on the day your package arrives. All returns can be shipped to our Return Center if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned products. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
